Delivery Rules

  1. Delivery within Malaysia. (Please contact us directly for oversea delivery.)
  2. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated on your order depending on the order amount.
  3. STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
  4. All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier (J&T, GDex, DHL, etc) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  5. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for re-delivery.
  6. If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel.
  7. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the courier service within a stipulated timeframe for next deliveries or pick up.
  8. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is shipped.
  9. ZH JAYA shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery caused by courier.
